Sportingtech, a renowned provider of gaming and sports betting software, has announced Claire Bailiss as their new Chief People Officer. This appointment marks a significant enhancement in their leadership team, aimed at strengthening their human resources and talent management strategy.
Claire Bailiss joined Sportingtech in March 2024 and has quickly taken the helm as Chief People Officer. In this role, she is set to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies, focusing on driving the company’s growth through enhanced talent acquisition and employee management practices.
Prior to her current role, Claire served as Director of HR for Europe at GAN, where she managed a broad range of HR functions and supported senior management to boost company performance and profitability. Her responsibilities spanned across GAN’s UK office and its operations in the US and Bulgaria, providing robust HR solutions that supported strategic objectives.
Claire’s career also includes significant roles at Ask.com, where she spearheaded several HR initiatives, and at Turner Broadcasting System, where she provided generalist HR services to corporate executives and managed complex employee relations and HR consultancy tasks.
