Subhi Shildhankar has been an integral part of Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. for over four years, most recently serving as Co-Founder & Director (HR). During this period, she played a pivotal role in building and scaling the Talent Acquisition & Management vertical, driving hiring across startups and enterprises while fostering a strong, people-centric organizational culture.
She also contributed significantly to the development of the Industry Academia Community (IAC), enabling structured mentorship, internship readiness, and career development initiatives. Her efforts were instrumental in achieving recognition such as the ‘Best Team Culture’ Award, reinforcing the company’s commitment to employee experience and engagement.
In addition, Subhi has been actively involved in national-scale initiatives, including efforts aimed at creating 1 lakh internships across Indian states and advancing the IAC Vision 2030, which aims to enable millions of global employment opportunities through structured industry-academia collaboration.
Earlier in her career, she gained experience with leading organizations such as L&T Infotech, Tata Consultancy Services, and Tech Mahindra, building a strong foundation in technology, HR systems, and talent strategy. Her entrepreneurial experience, including managing a family business, further adds to her holistic understanding of business and workforce dynamics.
As CHRO, Subhi will lead the organization’s global people strategy, leveraging the company’s Quantum AI Super App – IAC to build a 1 million+ workforce for Cloud Counselage and a 100 million+ industry-ready global talent pool across 100+ countries for ecosystem partners.
Her leadership will be central to shaping scalable talent frameworks, strengthening industry-academia collaboration, and driving employability at scale—positioning Cloud Counselage as a purpose-driven organization solving global unemployability challenges.
