Additionally, Boysen’s tenure as Global Head of People at Canva is notable for her strategic oversight in propelling Canva’s workforce from 500 to 2,500 employees, and skyrocketing its annual recurring revenue from $200 million to $750 million. Under her guidance, Canva not only achieved monumental growth but also earned accolades as one of Australia’s Greatest Places to Work.
