Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — LEAP India Limited has announced the appointment of Srinivasan R as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this strategic leadership role, Srinivasan will focus on strengthening LEAP India’s technology-driven systems, scalable innovation, and digital transformation roadmap, enabling the organization to continue building intelligent, future-ready supply chain solutions.
With a strong track record in enterprise application management, SAP ecosystem leadership, business intelligence, and enterprise mobility, Srinivasan is expected to play a critical role in enhancing LEAP India’s technology capabilities across its national footprint and expanding network of industrial customers.
In his most recent role, Srinivasan R has been associated with Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) for nearly 8 years, serving as Vice President – Enterprise Application Management, based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this capacity, he has led enterprise application strategy and governance, supporting large-scale technology environments and enabling business performance through robust systems leadership.
Prior to this, he spent close to 11 years with Reliance Industries Limited, where he served as AVP – Enterprise Practice Lead, driving enterprise technology initiatives and strengthening enterprise-wide digital systems in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
He also held leadership responsibilities withilance across enterprise mobility and innovation, working for nearly 12 years at Reliance Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Enterprise Mobility Lead. During this tenure, he was instrumental in building and scaling the SAP enterprise mobility platform at Reliance, shaping foundational capabilities for connected enterprise operations.
Additionally, Srinivasan briefly served as General Manager, SAP-BI at Reliance Industries Ltd, contributing to BI leadership and enterprise data-driven decision environments.
