In this elevated position, Stella will spearhead the development and execution of Mount Anvil’s end-to-end talent strategy, focusing on attracting, retaining, and growing the exceptional people who shape the future of the organization.
Stella has been an integral part of Mount Anvil for the past eight years, previously serving as Head of Recruitment. In that role, she led critical initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience, enhancing the employer brand, streamlining the recruitment process, and introducing data-driven hiring practices using Power BI. Her strong partnerships with executive and senior leaders have been instrumental in aligning resource planning with strategic business goals.
Prior to that, Stella held the position of Recruitment Manager, where she played a key role in workforce planning, talent trend analysis, and coaching business leaders in recruitment strategy and employee development. Her earlier role as Recruitment Business Partner saw her implement consistent talent acquisition methodologies and develop talent pipelines across Delivery, Commercial, and Technical functions.
Before joining Mount Anvil, Stella held senior recruiting positions at Lendlease and IBM, where she supported flagship projects and managed full-cycle recruitment across major UK cities. Her early career at CBSbutler laid the foundation for her expertise in technical recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
