Waltham, Massachusetts, United States, April 2025 – Stephanie Durkin has joined Repligen Corporation as Senior Director, Global Talent Management, where she will lead enterprise-wide strategies focused on leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement across Repligen’s global footprint. Stephanie brings a deep expertise in cultivating talent-centric cultures within complex, innovation-driven environments.
Prior to joining Repligen, Stephanie served as Head of Global Talent Management for the Interiors Business Unit at Collins Aerospace, where she shaped global leadership development and succession strategies, enabling business resilience and cultural transformation across a highly technical workforce.
Before that, she held multiple leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies (RTX), including Associate Director, Global Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Senior Manager, Global Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion. Over the span of six years, she led initiatives that spanned leadership readiness, DE&I, employee engagement, and development for high-potential talent.
Stephanie also worked at Raytheon Company in progressively senior recruiting roles, before moving into talent strategy and development. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Recruiter at ZOLL Medical Corporation and managed campus recruitment for Philips Healthcare, further cementing her foundation in life sciences and healthcare innovation sectors.
She currently serves as a Board Member for the Women in Leadership initiative at the University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business, where she champions female leadership and executive education.
