In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the organization’s people strategy, overseeing employee engagement, policy development, talent management, and fostering a people-first culture to support ASG’s infrastructure-focused mission.
Stephanie has been a part of ASG for over three years, beginning her tenure as Human Resources Manager before moving into the role of Director of Human Resources. In both capacities, she played a pivotal role in driving initiatives around employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance, strengthening the organization’s people operations and contributing to its continued growth.

Before joining ASG, Stephanie served for over 11 years at the New Brunswick Parking Authority, where she held the role of Human Resources Manager. She was responsible for overseeing all HR functions including policy development, staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, providing comprehensive support that shaped a positive organizational culture.
Earlier in her career, she gained valuable administrative and operational experience as an Administrative Assistant at the New Brunswick Parking Authority, where she developed a deep understanding of organizational processes and HR support systems. Her progression from administrative roles to executive leadership reflects a strong commitment to professional growth and excellence in the HR domain.
