Chicago, Illinois, United States, July 2025 – Stephanie Lovinger Roseman has taken on a new role as Chief People Officer at Fortis Fire & Safety, a rapidly growing fire protection service company built on a people-first philosophy and commitment to quality. In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, with a strong emphasis on organizational effectiveness, culture-building, and scalable people systems aligned with Fortis’ national expansion plans.
Stephanie brings with her a wealth of HR leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Owner at Phoenix HR Consulting. There, she provided executive coaching and organizational consulting to companies ranging from non-profits to global financial services firms, delivering tangible results in areas such as organizational design, reduction-in-force policy, and employee relations restructuring.
Before founding her consulting practice, Stephanie was Vice President of HR Operations at AAR, where she led an 8-member team focused on HR technology, talent acquisition, and global HR strategy. During her tenure, she played a central role in supporting a $725 million acquisition, expanding the company’s global workforce by 15% and streamlining HR operations across regions.
Previously, she held a key leadership role as Vice President, HR Operations, Technology and Employee Experience at Allstate, where she oversaw HR for over 53,000 employees globally. Stephanie led major transformations, including integrating two large acquisitions and transitioning the workforce to a remote-first model, while reducing costs and increasing employee engagement.
Stephanie’s earlier career includes influential HR leadership roles at Stepan Company, Ford Motor Company, AAA Life Insurance Company, OneMagnify, and AccessPoint, where she led initiatives in labor relations, culture change, employee engagement, organizational design, and strategic HR planning. Her background in both legal and HR domains adds a unique dimension to her leadership profile.
