Los Angeles, California, United States, April 2025 – Stephannie W. has been promoted to Vice President, Talent Acquisition Partner at TCW, after nearly a year of contributing to the firm’s talent strategy as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In her new role, Stephannie will take on broader leadership responsibilities in shaping and executing recruitment strategies across TCW’s diverse business verticals, supporting its long-term growth in the global asset management industry.
Before joining TCW, Stephannie served as VP, Senior Recruiter at Northern Trust, where she partnered closely with key business units in Asset Management, Wealth Management, and 50 South Capital. Her ability to align talent solutions with complex financial services needs made her a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Previously, she worked at Silicon Valley Bank, recruiting for specialized groups like Global Fund Banking and Start-Up Banking, and also led strategic recruitment projects at PIMCO as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. There, she played a pivotal role in building diverse talent pipelines and guiding senior-level searches for critical investment roles.
Earlier in her career, Stephannie held leadership positions at Parametric and Eaton Vance, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Assistant Vice President, Senior Recruiter. Her talent leadership spanned full-cycle recruiting, executive search, campus programs, and DEI strategies. She also began her recruitment career at Bright Horizons, developing a strong foundation in sourcing, onboarding, and social media employer branding.
