Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, January 2025 – Stephen Deane has joined RWW Group as the new Chief Marketing Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise in transformative marketing strategies and data-driven brand leadership. In his new role, Stephen will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives aimed at expanding RWW Group’s presence across industries, including construction, mining, manufacturing, agriculture, and hospitality. His leadership will focus on aligning marketing efforts with the company’s core values while driving innovation and customer engagement.

Before joining RWW Group, Stephen Deane was the Founder and Strategic Marketing Consultant at Brand Anthology, where he specialized in business transformation, brand development, and e-commerce strategy. He supported diverse clients with tailored marketing frameworks to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Previously, he served as the Head of Marketing & Digital at AlphaFit for over a year, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s market share through digital marketing strategies, B2B partnerships, and franchise marketing across elite sports, government, and education sectors.

His earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Harcourts International Ltd. for nearly four years, where he led global marketing strategies, digital transformation, and customer retention initiatives for the real estate franchise.

Stephen also held leadership positions at Vizeum, where he served as the National Managing Director and General Manager, overseeing business strategy, people management, and data-driven marketing innovations for clients across multiple industries.
