Before his role at Pai Skincare, Stephen was the Chief Financial Officer at Lulu Guinness, a renowned British accessories brand. During his four-year tenure, he was instrumental in securing multi-million-pound investments, developing strategic growth plans, and driving financial performance to strengthen the brand’s market position.

Stephen also held a senior finance role at Charles Tyrwhitt, where he served for over six years, initially as the Director of Finance and later as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. He led initiatives that significantly increased sales, expanded international operations, and enhanced e-commerce capabilities, contributing to a substantial rise in profits and market share.

Earlier in his career, Stephen worked at Tesco as the Finance Manager/Head of Finance, where he oversaw capital investments, strategic planning, and cost optimization projects that released significant cash flow and contributed to profitability. His tenure at Tesco provided him with a comprehensive understanding of large-scale financial operations and strategic growth management.
