United States, November 2025 — Pearl Health has announced that Steven Duque has begun a new role as Chief Business Officer, marking a significant next step in the company’s growth and value-based care expansion. In this role, he will focus on building new revenue lines, transforming Pearl’s enterprise brand, designing scalable business systems, and helping set the organisation’s path toward serving millions of senior lives.
Prior to this new appointment, Duque served as Chief Growth Officer at Pearl Health, where he led the organisation through a period of extraordinary acceleration. Under his leadership, Pearl achieved more than 60X growth since 2022, expanding its network to support approximately 230,000+ Medicare patients through partnerships with more than 5,000 primary care physicians across 45 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. He built and scaled the Growth organisation, reshaped the GTM model, and contributed to strategic initiatives across sales, partnerships, brand, and growth solutions as a member of the senior leadership team.
Before joining Pearl Health, Duque held multiple leadership roles at Catalant Technologies, including Vice President, Marketing, Vice President, Product Marketing, and Director of Product Marketing. His work focused on building and leading marketing teams, refining messaging and brand strategy, enabling go-to-market performance, and contributing to company leadership across strategic planning, category leadership, and growth execution.
Earlier in his career, Duque held senior product and marketing leadership roles at Happie, Wigo, Intuit QuickBase, and Momba, where he contributed to scaling technology and consumer businesses, building marketing and product engines, designing market-entry strategies, and helping define new product categories. During this period, he led product development work, sales enablement initiatives, and go-to-market execution across multiple early-stage and scaling organisations.
His early professional foundation includes roles in marketing, business development, account management, and product innovation at Bullhorn, Jack Morton Worldwide, The Harvard Voice, and early experience with Mindset Media and the World Food Programme. These roles shaped his grounding in technology, communications, innovation strategy, and mission-driven leadership.
