Before joining Navi, Subeer served as SVP & Global Head of HR at Pocket FM, where he played a key role in talent transformation and global people strategy. Prior to that, he was Head of Talent Strategy at PhonePe, leading initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the fast-growing fintech sector. His extensive experience includes a four-year tenure at Bajaj Finserv, where he held multiple HR leadership roles, including Senior Head of HR Tech, Analytics, and Communications.
Earlier in his career, Subeer held senior consulting roles at Willis Towers Watson, KPMG, Aon, and Mercer, where he advised global organizations on HR strategy, compensation frameworks, and workforce transformation. He also gained hands-on experience in HR operations at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he began his career in HR leadership and talent development.
