In his new role, Subir Mahapatra will lead Denave’s global growth charter across strategy, sales, and marketing, with a sharp focus on strengthening go-to-market execution, modernizing demand generation, deepening customer and partner relationships, and driving predictable pipeline and revenue outcomes. His mandate includes aligning sales and marketing priorities, improving conversion across the funnel, scaling sales-intelligence-led account plays, and building execution discipline through robust operating rhythms, forecasting, and performance governance.
With over 25 years of experience, Subir brings deep expertise in building and scaling global go-to-market engines, leading complex enterprise engagements, and delivering outcome-led growth across diverse markets and industries.
Prior to joining Denave, Subir was associated with FirstMeridian Business Services Limited, where he served as Senior Vice President and earlier as Vice President – Strategic Business. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives and strengthening enterprise partnerships within a large-scale, investor-backed business and HR solutions platform.
Earlier in his career, Subir held multiple senior leadership roles at HCL Infosystems Ltd., including Associate Vice President – Sales Head and National Vertical Head – Enterprise, where he led large enterprise portfolios and national sales teams. He also served in leadership roles at AMD, heading regional sales for East India and Bangladesh, and spent over a decade with Ingram Micro, progressing through multiple sales and regional leadership positions.
Subir began his career in technology distribution and enterprise sales, steadily building a strong foundation in channel strategy, regional expansion, and large-account management. His career reflects a consistent focus on scale, execution excellence, and sustainable growth.
