Berwyn, Pennsylvania, United States, July 2025 – Sue Quackenbush has joined Envestnet as Chief People Officer, bringing with her over three decades of rich experience in human capital strategy, organizational transformation, and leadership development across global technology and financial services companies. In her new role, Sue will lead Envestnet’s global people function, aligning talent, culture, and organizational design to support its mission of transforming how financial advice is delivered.
Prior to joining Envestnet, Sue served as Chief People Officer at Dynatrace, where she led a global People and Culture organization of over 200 professionals, supporting 4,200+ employees worldwide. She was instrumental in building a unified culture, enhancing the employee experience, and driving people-centric programs across employer branding, talent development, analytics, and workplace experience.
Earlier, Sue was Chief Human Resources Officer at Vonage, where she spearheaded a cultural transformation to position the company as an employer of choice. Her leadership integrated 10 acquisitions, launched DE&I and Women’s Leadership programs, and built a globally scalable HR infrastructure.
She previously held the CHRO role at Presidio, where she consolidated six companies and rebuilt HR into a strategic partner function. Her earlier executive roles include Vice President of HR at DMG Information, Head of HR for Global Banking & Financial Markets at BT, and a distinguished 13-year tenure at Thomson Reuters, where she led global workforce planning, retention, and strategic HR initiatives.
Sue began her career in finance, with roles at Ford Motor Company, Honeywell, Dun & Bradstreet, and transitioned into HR leadership while earning her MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
