London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Cantourage UK has appointed Suf Baileche as Head of People Experience. In this role, Suf will be responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, driving employee engagement, and creating a workplace culture that aligns with Cantourage UK’s mission of delivering innovative and compassionate medical cannabis solutions to patients across the country.
Suf joins Cantourage UK after serving as Senior People Manager at Verifymy, a safety technology provider specializing in age verification and content moderation powered by privacy-preserving AI models. At Verifymy, Suf built people strategies and HR policies from the ground up, scaled teams across the UK, Brazil, and Portugal, and significantly improved employee Net Promoter Scores.
Before that, Suf worked as Fractional Head of Talent & Coach with Beaumont Talent and held leadership roles at Comma, where he served as Chief of Staff & Head of People, scaling the company rapidly and achieving strong employee engagement outcomes. He also held roles as Head of People & Talent and Head of Talent, contributing to organizational design, talent pipelines, and leadership development.
Earlier in his career, Suf built his expertise in recruitment and people management through positions at CloudNC, Trustpilot, Funding Circle UK, Intralinks, Handle Recruitment, and ChapmanBlack, where he gained experience in executive coaching, workforce scaling, and cultural initiatives.
