Shanghai, China, December 2024 – Suie Zhao has joined Sealed Air Corporation as the Executive Director, Human Resources Asia, where she will spearhead HR strategies across Asia to align with the company’s mission of driving sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.
Suie brings a wealth of HR leadership experience to her new role. Most recently, she served as Global Human Resources Vice President at BCS Automotive Interface Solutions, where she led HR operations for over one and a half years, focusing on talent development, organizational transformation, and global workforce alignment.
Prior to this, Suie was the Head of OD and Talent APAC Region at The Carlyle Group (Axalta Coating System) for over two years, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing organizational capabilities and talent strategies across the APAC region.
Suie also served as a Business Partner for China Commercial and Global Functions at Reckitt, contributing to strategic HR initiatives that supported business growth for over one year. She spent over five years at Mars as a P&O Manager, where she developed people and organizational strategies to support operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, Suie held leadership roles at Siemens as a Talent Development Manager and at The Coca-Cola Company as an Organization Capability Manager, where she gained expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
