Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States, December 2024 – Kelly Toth has been promoted to Director – Human Resources at PPL Corporation. In her new role, Kelly will lead HR strategies to support the company’s initiatives for workforce development, engagement, and organizational growth. Her leadership will be pivotal in advancing PPL’s vision of building a smarter, cleaner energy grid.
Kelly’s career at PPL Corporation spans over 13 years, beginning as a Human Resources Intern in 2011. Most recently, she served as Manager – Human Resources for nearly three years, where she led HR business partner teams supporting PPL Services. In this role, she provided strategic guidance, implemented HR solutions, and drove workforce planning initiatives.
Previously, Kelly held the role of Human Resources Business Partner Specialist for nearly three years, supporting the Electric Utilities business line. She collaborated with leadership teams across IT, Customer Services, Transmission & Substations, and other divisions, managing recruitment, employee relations, and labor relations, while enhancing talent development and succession planning efforts.
Earlier in her career, Kelly held positions including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Associate HR Business Partner, where she gained comprehensive experience in employee engagement, performance management, and compensation strategies.
