In this role, Tom will spearhead technology strategy and innovation for Gallagher’s Americas Specialty division, furthering the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional insurance and risk management solutions.
Tom has been with Gallagher for over three years, initially serving as CIO for Affinity North America, where he led impactful initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive technological advancements in the affinity business segment.
Before joining Gallagher, Tom worked at Encompass Insurance (Allstate) as National Director of Sales and Marketing, where he led transformative efforts to drive profit and revenue growth. He implemented innovative strategies, such as agency segmentation programs and virtual sales team deployments, achieving significant sales efficiency and market expansion.
Earlier in his career, Tom held the position of Director of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience at Allstate Insurance, where he drove strategic technology initiatives, including SaaS integration and the development of a comparative rating strategy. These efforts resulted in significant cost optimization and operational advancements.
Tom also brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at Encompass Insurance and The Hartford, where he successfully delivered strategic technology initiatives, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and enhanced technological capabilities to support business growth.
