Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — JPMorganChase has announced the appointment of Sujith Thalekkara as Vice President HR Business Advisor, strengthening its people leadership bench in India as the global financial services major continues to expand its operations across key markets.
In his new role, Sujith will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience across critical functions, supporting JPMorganChase’s continued growth in India.
Sujith Thalekkara most recently served as Vice President HR Business Partner at M&G Global Services Private Limited, where he led HR partnering, workforce planning, and people strategy initiatives supporting key business functions in India.
Prior to M&G Global Services, Sujith spent nearly a decade with Willis Towers Watson (WTW), progressing through roles including Manager HR Business Partner and Assistant Manager HR Business Partner, and partnering with large insurance-domain teams of over 500 employees.
Earlier in his career, he held HR Business Partner roles at Capgemini, where he led employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and talent acquisition initiatives.
Sujith began his HR career at Accenture as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing large-scale and senior-level hiring programs for US-based client engagements and leading recruiter teams delivering complex hiring mandates.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources from DY Patil University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Management from Nirwan University Jaipur.
