Bangalore, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Zinnov, a leading global management and strategy consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Sukanya Roy (She/Her/Hers) as Senior Advisor. In her new role, Sukanya will contribute her deep expertise in global capability centers (GCCs), business transformation, and AI-led ecosystem development to help Zinnov advance its mission of enabling innovation and enterprise growth.
Sukanya brings over two decades of cross-sector experience spanning consulting, technology, ecosystem strategy, and industry advocacy. Prior to rejoining Zinnov, she played a defining role at nasscom, where she led India’s GCC and BPM initiatives, and most recently, the AI Communities program. Her leadership was instrumental in strengthening India’s position as a global hub for technology innovation, digital transformation, and AI adoption, while fostering collaboration among enterprises, startups, and academia.
Before her impactful tenure at nasscom, Sukanya served as a Partner at Zinnov, contributing to the firm’s consulting growth across areas such as engineering R&D transformation, global talent strategy, and digital innovation. Earlier in her career, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), United Breweries Ltd., and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), gaining extensive experience in business process transformation, strategy execution, and organizational development across industries.
An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), Sukanya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) for experienced professionals, which further strengthened her foundation in strategic management and leadership. Her diverse background, combining consulting rigor with industry execution, enables her to bridge the worlds of corporate strategy, technology enablement, and ecosystem growth.
In her new role at Zinnov, Sukanya will focus on accelerating innovation, scaling global enterprise capabilities, and advising leaders on digital and AI transformation, reinforcing Zinnov’s commitment to driving measurable business impact through data-driven strategy and collaboration.
