Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Gi Group appoints Sumana Sen as Associate Vice President – Sales. Having previously worked with Gi Group, Sumana is rejoining the organization to further drive its sales growth and business expansion. Her extensive experience in sales management, client relations, and business development will be instrumental in strengthening Gi Group’s market position.
Before rejoining Gi Group, Sumana Sen was Head of Account Management – ROS & West at TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship, where she played a key role in managing client relationships and driving sales strategies across multiple regions. Prior to that, she served as Head of Sales – Enterprise Learning Solutions at TeamLease Edtech, where she focused on BFSI, RECOM, and TMTG sectors, leading strategic sales initiatives.
Sumana previously held the role of Associate Vice President at Gi Group, leading sales expansion and business growth across regions. She has also held leadership roles at TeamLease Services Limited, V5 Global Services, and Innovsource, where she developed strong expertise in business development, regional sales, and strategic account management.
Earlier in her career, she worked at MPower Plus, ManpowerGroup, and Channelplay Limited, where she gained valuable experience in HR consulting, client relations, and sales leadership. Her vast industry experience and deep understanding of workforce solutions position her as a key driver of Gi Group’s growth and sales strategy.
