Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2024 – Sumit Gulati has been appointed as General Manager – Human Resources at Central Park, where he will lead human resource strategies, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. With extensive experience in HR functions across industries, Sumit’s leadership is expected to enhance Central Park’s employee experience and strengthen its position as a premier real estate developer in the luxury residential segment.
Sumit transitions to Central Park from Smartworld Developers, where he served as Assistant General Manager – HR. As a founding HR member, he played a pivotal role in building a workforce of over 470 employees, launching HRMS (Adrenaline), and achieving Great Place to Work certification. He was instrumental in driving diversity hiring, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies.
Prior to Smartworld Developers, Sumit held the position of Human Resources Manager at DLF Limited, overseeing recruitment and organizational planning for super-luxury residential projects. He contributed significantly to HRMS implementation and alignment of compensation and benefits policies with organizational goals.
At Chai Point, as Regional Human Resources Manager, Sumit managed talent acquisition, payroll, and HR operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s regional priorities. His earlier roles include HR positions at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Cherry Hill Interiors, and Lite Bite Foods, where he honed his expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
