Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2024 – Sunil Kottarathil has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer at Mistral Solutions, marking a new chapter in his illustrious career of over 21 years with the company. In this leadership role, Sunil will oversee the Defense Sales and Marketing team, focusing on expanding Mistral’s footprint in the defense and embedded systems market.
Sunil Kottarathil has been an integral part of Mistral Solutions for nearly 22 years. Prior to his promotion, he served as the Vice President of Sales for three years, where he successfully led key initiatives to bolster sales in defense and embedded electronics. Before this, Sunil excelled as the Regional Vice President for over seven years, managing critical regional operations and fostering growth in the Bangalore market.
Earlier in his career, Sunil held the position of Regional Sales Manager (South & West) for eight years, where he played a pivotal role in driving sales for embedded and defense electronics products. His journey with Mistral began as a Territory Manager, laying the foundation for his expertise in managing complex defense solutions and sales strategies.
Before joining Mistral, Sunil gained significant experience as a Senior Product Engineer at Trident Infosol Pvt. Ltd., where he managed sales of defense electronics products in southern India and led the Trivandrum branch.
