Malaysia, February 2026 —Sunita Nair has joined Kistler Group as Head of HR – Region East, and will be based in Malaysia. In her new role, she will lead the Human Resources function across Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and ANZ — a region representing significant growth potential, diverse talent ecosystems and expanding market opportunities.
This appointment reflects Kistler Group’s strategic focus on strengthening its people leadership across Asia-Pacific markets to support business expansion and organizational excellence.
Prior to joining Kistler Group, Sunita served as Managing Director, Asia-Pacific at Boyd & Moore Executive Search, where she led the retained search practice across India and APAC. During her tenure, she partnered with startups, Indian enterprises and multinational corporations on executive recruitment and strategic people advisory assignments. She previously held leadership roles within the firm including Country Manager and Vice President, building strong market capabilities and client relationships across the region.
Earlier in her career, Sunita was Industry Practice Leader at Terragni Consulting, specializing in executive coaching, retained search and strategic HR consulting. She also held senior leadership roles at Matrix Consultants, KTA-IIC Partners, and Boyden, gaining deep expertise in executive search, talent mapping, leadership advisory and business development across global markets.
She began her professional journey at DSS Mobile Communication, where she led customer care operations, recruitment and team management responsibilities, laying the foundation for her long-standing career in talent and leadership consulting.
With over two decades of experience spanning executive search, strategic HR advisory and business leadership across Asia-Pacific, Sunita brings strong regional insight and leadership capability to her new role at Kistler Group.
