Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, October 2024 – Emily Blazely has taken on the role of Head of People Services (Parental Leave Cover) at MECCA Brands, where she will lead and manage the company’s people services functions. In this role, she will focus on continuing the company’s commitment to employee engagement, talent development, and maintaining a supportive workplace culture during her tenure.
Emily has been with MECCA Brands for over 5 years, contributing significantly to the company’s human resources and people services functions. Before assuming her current position, she served as the People and Education Manager – Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal, where she worked to enhance talent development and provide strategic HR support across multiple departments. Her leadership played a pivotal role in driving people strategies, improving talent management, and promoting risk mitigation across MECCA’s operational units.
Earlier in her journey at MECCA, Emily held the position of Talent and Culture Business Partner – Supply Chain, where she worked across a multi-site operation in Australia and New Zealand, delivering HR solutions focused on employee engagement, development, and risk management.
Prior to joining MECCA, Emily gained significant experience as an HR Business Partner at Saputo Dairy Australia (formerly Devondale Murray Goulburn), where she provided HR support during a business transformation period, focusing on organizational development, talent acquisition, and integration.
