London, England, October 2024 – Catherine Morris has been promoted to the position of Head of People Services & Partnering at Nuffield Health. In this new role, Catherine will lead the strategic people services and partnering functions, focusing on optimizing employee engagement and driving human resources transformation across Nuffield Health’s extensive healthcare network.
Catherine has been with Nuffield Health for over a decade, steadily rising through the ranks and contributing significantly to the organization’s people and culture functions. Prior to her recent promotion, she served as Head of People Partnering, where she led initiatives aimed at fostering employee development, strategic HR partnering, and the continuous improvement of people services.
Earlier in her role as Senior HR Business Partner, Catherine worked closely with leadership teams, providing guidance on HR policies, organizational change, and employee relations. She played a key role in aligning the HR strategy with Nuffield Health’s overall business objectives, ensuring that employee needs were met while supporting the organization’s mission to build a healthier nation.
Earlier in her career, Catherine held the position of Head of Leadership Development & Learning Operations at Nuffield Health, where she was responsible for developing leadership capabilities and delivering learning initiatives that contributed to the organization’s growth.
Before joining Nuffield Health, Catherine gained significant experience at Barclays UK and Starbucks, where she held various learning and development roles, enhancing her expertise in employee training and leadership development.
