Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Regan D’Britto has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Haldiram Foods International Ltd, a leading name in the Indian food industry. In this new position, Regan will be responsible for leading the HR strategy, ensuring efficient talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development, all while maintaining Haldiram’s long-standing values of community and family.
Before joining Haldiram Foods, Regan served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Travel Food Services Pvt Ltd for nearly six years. During his tenure, he oversaw key HR functions and played a vital role in managing human capital and enhancing organizational performance.
Prior to that, Regan was Head of Human Resources at a confidential organization and DGM Human Resources at Atlanta Limited, where he led HR policy design, compensation benchmarking, and employee engagement initiatives.
Regan’s career also includes HR leadership roles at Advantage Raheja and Provogue India Ltd, where he handled end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and statutory compliance. His early career in HR began at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where he gained experience in employee welfare and legal compliance.
