Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, October, 2024 – Recursion, a clinical-stage TechBio company pioneering advancements in decoding biology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Erica Fox as its new Chief People and Impact Officer. With her wealth of experience in both people management and fostering organizational growth, Fox will focus on enhancing Recursion’s productivity, engagement, and broader social impact.
Fox brings significant expertise to this role, having most recently served as Chief People Officer at Primer.ai, an AI/ML tech firm. Prior to Primer, she spent 15 years at Google, where she led several strategic initiatives, including global onboarding, learning and development, and operational planning for the People Operations division.
In her new role, Fox will guide Recursion’s people strategy and spearhead its efforts to continue building a productive, inclusive, and engaging workplace. Additionally, she will oversee the Recursion Foundation, the company’s non-profit entity focused on fostering diverse and equitable life science and technology hubs, starting with Altitude Lab in Salt Lake City.
