Manish Dugar Appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer at Gameskraft

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2025 – Gameskraft has announced the appointment of Manish Dugar as its new Group Chief Financial Officer. With over 25 years of distinguished experience across global technology, finance, and consulting sectors, Dugar will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the company as it continues its rapid expansion in the online gaming space.

Prior to joining Gameskraft, Manish Dugar was the Chief Financial Officer at Mphasis, where he led financial transformation initiatives and supported the company’s growth in IT services. During this tenure, he developed robust financial frameworks and drove operational efficiencies, reinforcing Mphasis’s leadership in the technology sector.

Earlier, Dugar served as Chief Financial Officer at Practo and InMobi, where he was instrumental in building global financial operations, raising capital, and supporting aggressive scale-ups in the digital healthcare and ad-tech industries. At Practo, he was at the forefront of the company’s transition into a healthcare technology leader, while at InMobi, he contributed significantly to expanding the company’s international presence and financial discipline.

His career also includes leadership roles as President Finance and Group CFO at RPG Enterprises and a long and accomplished tenure at Wipro Technologies, where he was Sr. Vice President and Global Head of Wipro BPO, as well as Chief Financial Officer for both the BPO business and Wipro Technologies. Here, he handled diverse portfolios spanning global operations, finance, and strategy, solidifying his reputation as a strategic leader.

Beyond corporate roles, Manish Dugar is recognized for his advisory work with organizations such as The/Nudge Institute, ToneTag, Vezeeta, MedML, and others. He has served as a board member, investor, and mentor, contributing to innovation in fintech, healthcare, and social impact sectors. His expertise extends across Reckitt Benckiser, Coca Cola India, Marico, and Larsen & Toubro, providing a well-rounded business perspective. Dugar holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
