Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, October 2025 — Suraj Dhruv has joined Lubi Electronics as Business Head, where he will oversee overall business growth, P&L management, and the company’s strategic expansion into renewable energy sectors. In this role, Suraj will drive initiatives in solar, solar-wind hybrid, green hydrogen (GH2–NH3), and battery energy storage systems (BESS)—advancing Lubi’s mission to accelerate India’s clean energy transition and reinforce its leadership in sustainable technology.
With over a decade of experience in renewable energy, natural gas, and sustainable mobility, Suraj brings a proven track record in business leadership, strategy, and M&A execution. Before joining Lubi Electronics, he served as Senior General Manager – Head of Business Development at Prozeal Green Energy Limited, where he led international and national renewable projects across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, managing a portfolio exceeding 2.2 GW and a development pipeline of 1.4 GW.
Earlier, at Matrix Gas and Renewables Limited, Suraj spearheaded business development in green hydrogen and natural gas, driving joint ventures and infrastructure projects for large-scale renewable assets. He also played a crucial role at Jio-bp (Reliance BP Mobility Limited) as Deputy General Manager – Advanced Mobility, leading new business initiatives across CNG, Bio-CNG, LNG, Hydrogen, and A-LPG.
Suraj’s experience also spans significant tenures at Adani Total Gas, where he managed India’s first City Gas Distribution SCADA (Adani Total Gas Nerve Center) project worth ₹42 crore in collaboration with Honeywell, and led ESG-driven initiatives for solarization and carbon mapping. He began his career with Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (GSPC) and Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL), where he contributed to natural gas infrastructure development, including cross-country pipelines and gas distribution systems.
A recipient of India’s Youngest Indian Achievers Award for his contribution to nation-building, Suraj is widely recognized for his leadership in driving sustainable energy projects and fostering public-private partnerships that advance India’s energy goals. His appointment underscores Lubi Electronics’ ambition to expand its renewable energy portfolio and strengthen its position as a key player in India’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
