Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, February 2026 — Adani Total Gas Limited has reappointed Suresh P. Manglani as Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director for a further term of one year effective February 9, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on February 7, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
The company confirmed as part of its regulatory disclosure that Suresh P. Manglani is not debarred from holding the office of director by any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority. He brings over three decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, with deep expertise across midstream and downstream city gas distribution businesses. He has been associated with Adani Total Gas Limited since 2018, serving as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer, and also holds leadership roles across affiliated Adani TotalEnergies ventures.
Prior to joining Adani Total Gas Limited, Manglani spent significant leadership tenures with Reliance Industries Limited, where he held senior finance and business leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer for key petroleum divisions. He also held senior management positions at Mahanagar Gas Limited, GAIL (India) Limited, and earlier worked with Kelvinator of India Ltd. His career reflects strong experience in managing profit and loss responsibilities, driving digital transformation, and strengthening operational excellence across the gas business value chain.
The company stated that the reappointment is intended to leverage Manglani’s expertise in scaling city gas distribution operations and advancing digitalisation and process transformation as Adani Total Gas Limited continues its growth trajectory.
Adani Total Gas Limited is engaged in developing City Gas Distribution networks to supply Piped Natural Gas to industrial, commercial, and residential consumers, and Compressed Natural Gas to the transport sector. The company plays a key role in expanding India’s clean energy infrastructure and strengthening access to natural gas solutions.
