New York, United States, November 2025 — Susan Bridge has taken on a new role as Field Chief Governance Officer at SolasAI, where she will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen AI governance, promote fairness, and advance compliance-ready innovation. In this position, Susan will guide clients across sectors in implementing responsible, regulation-aligned AI systems that improve decision transparency, address model bias, and enhance impact outcomes across financial services, healthcare, and other high-stakes domains.
Susan brings deep experience in model governance, fair lending, health equity, and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining SolasAI, she served as Director, AI Practice at BLDS LLC, where she advised Fortune 500 companies, regulatory agencies, and private enterprises on applying rigorous model risk and compliance frameworks to strategic business objectives.
Earlier in her career, Susan held senior leadership roles at Evernorth Health Services, where she led enterprise model governance and model equity initiatives, and at Embrace Home Loans, where she directed digital transformation and governance programs supporting national lending platforms. She also spent more than a decade at Citi, where she served in multiple senior roles in price management, decision analytics, and strategic governance, delivering enterprise-level revenue and compliance programs across the retail and wealth segments.
