Cheltenham, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Susanne Cox has been elevated to the role of Divisional HR Partner, EMEA at Spirax Sarco, where she will lead the HR function across the sales organisation for 10 operating companies in the EMEA region. In her new role, Susanne will drive strategic people initiatives and partner closely with business leaders to support the company’s accelerated growth agenda across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Susanne brings over three years of experience at Spirax Sarco, having previously served as Regional HR Business Partner for Middle East, Africa & Western Europe, where she was instrumental in building people capabilities and fostering leadership engagement across regional markets.
Prior to joining Spirax Sarco, Susanne spent over a decade at BP, where she held multiple leadership roles including Upstream and Downstream HR Capability Manager, Regional Change Lead for BP Chargemaster, and Head of Leadership Academy at Reliance Industries Ltd (on secondment). Her experience spanned global transformation programs, talent development, and cross-cultural leadership across India, the UK, and Europe.
Earlier in her career, she held pivotal HR roles at Deutsche Bank, Arval UK (BNP Paribas), and Northern Foods, developing deep expertise in HR business partnering, leadership development, and organisational change across financial services and consumer sectors.
