Mumbai Metropolitan Region, India, September 2025 – Axar Digital Services Pvt Ltd has appointed Suyog Keluskar as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO). With over 18 years of experience spanning digital transformation, governance solutions, market intelligence, and client strategy, Suyog steps into this leadership role to drive Axar’s business growth, client engagement, and strategic market expansion.
Before joining Axar, Suyog served as President of Consumer Insights & Social Media Intelligence at AGR Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd, where he led P&L for high-impact research programs, developed robust customer insights, and guided strategic initiatives for Indian and international clients. He also served as Vice President & Head of Marketing during his time at AGR, overseeing Net Promoter Score (NPS) studies, Voice of Customer programs, and end-to-end customer journey projects across sectors like metals, construction materials, and textiles.
Earlier, Suyog held leadership roles at AGR, including Director, Associate Director, and Manager – Operations, where he successfully managed cross-industry client engagements, market assessments, and competitive intelligence initiatives. His role in transforming AGR’s insights practice positioned him as a key strategic thinker in data-driven decision-making.
Prior to AGR, Suyog worked with Future Market Insights as Manager – Client Business Partner in the Electronics, Semiconductor & ICT domain, leading a 20-member research team and delivering actionable insights for global clients. His earlier experiences at D&B Tangram, InterStrat, and SoftwareWorkshop.Net further cemented his credentials in market research, go-to-market planning, and client relationship management.
Suyog began his career in engineering and R&D roles at Goldstar Jewellery Ltd and SpeedLine Aerosol, and later transitioned into strategic roles in product development and business consulting. He holds an MBA in Global Business and Project Management from Kingston University, UK, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
