Atlanta, Georgia, United States, November 2025 – The Integral Group, a leading real estate development and investment firm focused on revitalizing urban communities across the United States, has appointed Suzanne Fountain as Chief People Officer. In this key leadership role, Suzanne will lead the company’s people strategy, fostering organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development as Integral continues its mission to build thriving communities through sustainable and inclusive development.
Before joining The Integral Group, Suzanne Fountain served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PatientCare EMS Solutions, where she spent over six years driving strategic HR initiatives, compensation planning, and workforce engagement across multiple geographies. Her leadership was instrumental in building a people-first culture and aligning HR practices with the company’s operational excellence goals.
Prior to that, Suzanne was Vice President of Human Resources at SecurAmerica, where she led executive-level HR for a contract security services company, overseeing large-scale workforce management and developing performance-driven people systems. Earlier, she held senior HR leadership roles at Air Serv Corporation, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, managing the HR function for a $250 million organization with more than 10,000 employees across the U.S. and the U.K.
Suzanne also served as Manager of Human Resources at Movius Corporation (formerly Glenayre Technologies), where she was part of the senior management team leading global HR strategy, and as Director of Human Resources at Penton Business Media, where she introduced pay-for-performance compensation frameworks and implemented competitive talent management initiatives. Her early career includes experience as Staffing and Recruiting Manager at Peoples Bank, managing large-scale recruitment operations for an 800+ employee workforce.
Suzanne Fountain holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport, which strengthened her foundation in strategic HR management, employee development, and organizational behavior.
