New York, United States, April 2025 – Suzanne Shah-Hosseini has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of Talent, Learning, Culture and Engagement at Nielsen, marking a strategic milestone for the global audience insights and analytics leader.
In her new position, Suzanne will be responsible for driving Nielsen’s global people development strategy with an emphasis on talent management, organizational culture, employee engagement, and learning innovation. Her focus will be to elevate the employee experience and strengthen alignment between talent practices and Nielsen’s dynamic business priorities across all markets and platforms.
Prior to this role, Suzanne served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Nielsen, where she led enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives and leadership programs. During her nearly decade-long career at HP, she held several progressive roles, including Senior Director of Executive Talent Management, HR Director for HP Commercial Organization, and Senior HR Business Partner in both the United States and Singapore. In each of these roles, she led high-impact global programs that advanced leadership development, employee experience, and inclusion.
Suzanne began her career in HR leadership at Anchorage Capital Group in New York, where she served as Human Resources Manager, before joining HP’s prestigious HR Management Associate Program in 2015, which catalyzed her journey through global talent roles.
