Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, April 2025 – Suzanne Ullman has been appointed as Vice President, Talent & Culture at Fusable. In this new capacity, she will lead the company’s people and culture initiatives, shaping talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement in alignment with Fusable’s data-driven growth vision.
Prior to her elevation to this role, Suzanne Ullman served as Director, Senior HR Business Partner at Fusable, where she played a key role in driving leadership development, strategic workforce planning, and people initiatives across business functions. Her contribution to aligning HR with Fusable’s mission laid the foundation for her advancement to the executive team.
Before joining Fusable, she worked with Cencora for over eight years, rising through the ranks and culminating as a Human Resource Business Partner II. At Cencora, she was instrumental in leading strategic HR planning, executive coaching, employee engagement, and succession planning. Her work significantly enhanced talent development frameworks across the enterprise.
Prior to that, Suzanne held the role of HR Business Partner for Advisory Services at PwC, where she partnered with practice leaders on HR transformation, change management, and leadership coaching. Her earlier experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Irongate Home Finance, where she oversaw comprehensive HR operations and built talent pipelines to support rapid business expansion.
She also served as a Senior HR Consultant with Promontory Financial Group (an IBM Company), where she advised leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and process improvement. Earlier in her career, she spent six years with PwC as a Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to large-scale people initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region.
