Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — DLF Limited has elevated Swati Singh to Assistant Vice President (Corporate Legal). In this expanded role, she will continue supporting the company’s corporate legal priorities, including regulatory compliance, stakeholder advisory, and legal risk management aligned with DLF’s real estate development and management businesses.
Swati has been with DLF Limited for nearly five years, progressing through the legal leadership pipeline. Before this elevation, she served as General Manager (Legal), and earlier as Deputy General Manager (Legal), handling a wide range of corporate legal responsibilities and cross-functional advisory support across business matters.
Prior to joining DLF, she worked with AZB & Partners as an Associate, where she advised clients on corporate and regulatory issues and supported transaction work including mergers and acquisitions, joint development ventures, and foreign investments. Her experience also includes legal due diligence exposure across sectors such as real estate, retail, e-commerce, housing finance, and construction.
Earlier in her career, Swati gained foundational corporate legal and compliance exposure through trainee and internship assignments, including with Coca-Cola FEMSA, and legal internships with organisations such as GMR group Delhi International Airport Limited, Nishith Desai and Associates, AZB & Partners, and Samsung India Electronics Limited, among others.
Swati holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), where she graduated as a Gold Medalist. She has also completed a Professional Certificate Programme in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA.
