Throughout his career, Sivaraman has demonstrated an exceptional ability to integrate technology with clinical operations, leading large-scale transformations in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy. At Cloudphysician, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s Smart ICU business across India, combining medical expertise with digital innovation to deliver impactful remote critical-care solutions.
Prior to that, as Business Unit Head at B. Braun Group, he steered the company’s medical device and hospital solutions portfolio, strengthening its operational performance and market share. His earlier tenures at Cipla, MSD Pharma, and Novartis Healthcare saw him lead high-performing teams across respiratory, virology, and specialty therapeutics, driving growth through strong customer engagement and innovative business practices.
At RTWO Healthcare Solutions, Sivaraman will oversee Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Cycle Management, leading the company’s expansion across global markets. He will also spearhead RTWO’s “Hospital-on-Mobile” initiative—an ecosystem interlinking ICUs, OTs, NICUs, and ambulances through real-time digital orchestration.
