Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Table Space has appointed Ravish Malhotra as Director – Talent Acquisition. In his new role, Malhotra will focus on strengthening Table Space’s talent acquisition strategy and hiring execution as the enterprise-managed flexible workspace provider continues to scale across key markets in India.
Prior to joining Table Space, Malhotra served as Director – Talent Acquisition at Rapido, where he owned end-to-end TA strategy for a high-growth consumer mobility platform. In this capacity, he partnered closely with founders and CXOs on workforce planning, leadership hiring, and organization design, while building and leading a multi-layered TA organization to deliver hiring outcomes at scale. His work also included improving offer acceptance, reducing vendor dependency, strengthening employer branding, and establishing data-driven hiring governance across technology, product, and business roles.
Earlier, Malhotra was Talent Acquisition Manager at Alliance Data Card Services, leading TA strategy for analytics, data engineering, IT, and risk functions during the organization’s India scale-up. He partnered with CXOs on workforce planning and headcount prioritisation and built hiring dashboards and analytics to improve decision-making and hiring efficiency.
He has also worked with EY as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where he built and scaled the analytics hiring function from the ground up, scaling hiring from zero to around 80 professionals across data, analytics, and allied roles. His experience includes designing competency-based evaluation frameworks and delivering hiring predominantly through direct sourcing, reducing dependency on external vendors.
Malhotra’s earlier experience includes over four years with Absolutdata Analytics as Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition, where he managed end-to-end hiring across analytics, data science, data engineering, sales, marketing, and research functions, and led TA improvement initiatives including hiring dashboards, referral program enhancements, and ATS development. He also spent close to three years with WNS Global Services as Lead Analyst, Talent Mapping & Sourcing (Korn/Ferry International), supporting global executive search engagements through leadership talent mapping, market research, and CXO long-listing.
