Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, December 2025 – Talal (طلال النافع) Alnafie has taken on a new leadership role as Chief Financial Officer at sarcc (Smart Accommodation for Residential Complexes). In this role, he is responsible for leading financial strategy, governance, and capital planning initiatives as sarcc continues to redefine employee accommodation standards and expand innovative residential solutions across Saudi Arabia.
In his current role at sarcc, Talal is leading corporate finance strategy, treasury, governance, and financial transformation initiatives supporting large-scale residential accommodation projects.
Prior to joining sarcc, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Osool Integrated Real Estate Co., where he led finance, governance, and compliance functions supporting integrated real estate development programs.
He has also held several board and audit committee leadership roles, including Audit Committee Member at Napco National, Audit Committee Member at First Mills, and Board Member & Audit Committee Chair at National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Company (Maadaniyah).
Talal spent over a decade with TASNEE, progressing through Financial Analyst, Treasury Manager, and Group Treasurer, building deep expertise in corporate treasury, financial planning, capital structuring, and large-scale industrial finance.
Earlier in his career, he began his professional journey with PwC as an Assurance / Audit Associate.
Talal holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine – The Paul Merage School of Business.
