Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — BESTSELLER India has announced the appointment of Rakesh Ranjan as Business Head – JACK & JONES and Selected, two of the company’s flagship menswear brands under its global portfolio. Based in Mumbai, Rakesh will lead business strategy, retail expansion, and brand performance, reinforcing BESTSELLER India’s position in the country’s evolving fashion and lifestyle market.

With nearly two decades of experience in the fashion and sports retail sectors, Rakesh brings a proven track record of driving growth across iconic global and domestic brands. His deep understanding of retail dynamics, consumer trends, and omnichannel commerce is expected to further strengthen BESTSELLER India’s market presence and customer engagement strategies.

Before joining BESTSELLER India, Rakesh served as Vice President & Business Head – Superdry India at Reliance Brands Limited, where he successfully scaled the brand’s footprint and optimized retail operations across the country. Earlier, he spent over seven years at adidas, where he held multiple leadership roles including Director of Sales – India & SAARC, leading key channels across modern trade, multi-brand retail, and omnichannel platforms.

Rakesh’s earlier professional journey includes impactful roles at Nike as National Sales Manager – Retail & Franchise Channel, where he led distribution and retail partnerships, and at Arvind Fashions Limited, where he managed leading menswear labels such as Arrow, Gant, and IZOD as Brand Product Head and National Sales Manager. His experience across global brands reflects his ability to blend strategic vision with operational excellence in India’s fast-evolving retail environment.
