Immediately prior to joining McCann Worldgroup, Tanisha Sharma served as Executive Vice President at Havas Creative Network, where she led integrated brand and business mandates across clients and teams.
Before Havas, she was Senior Vice President at FCB India, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic planning, client partnerships, and creative effectiveness. Her leadership journey also includes a significant stint at Dentsu Impact Pvt. Ltd., where she progressed from Business Head to Associate Vice President, steering growth, operations, and cross-functional delivery.
Entrepreneurial at heart, Tanisha Sharma was also a Founding Partner at The Card Company, a design house focused on bespoke invitations and stationery, where she built the brand’s positioning, identity, and operational model from the ground up.
Earlier in her career, she held brand-side leadership roles at Royal Enfield as Senior Brand Manager, shaping global positioning, integrated campaigns, and media strategy, and at Viacom18 Media Private Limited as Manager, MTV, leading 360-degree brand programs, live events, and youth engagement initiatives. She began her advertising journey with agencies including JWT and Rediffusion Y&R, contributing to major brand launches and integrated campaigns.
Tanisha Sharma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Advertising from Xavier Institute of Communication, equipping her with a strong foundation in brand strategy, communications, and creative leadership.
