United States, November 2025 — Public Partnerships | PPL has announced the appointment of Tara Himmel as its new Chief Marketing Officer. In her new role, Tara will lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate growth initiatives while fostering a performance-driven culture aligned with the organization’s mission.
Tara previously served as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Organic Growth at Public Partnerships | PPL. In this role, she strengthened the company’s growth strategy, advanced brand influence, and led programs focused on expanding market reach and conversion across key segments.
Before that, she held the role of Vice President of Marketing & Organic Growth, where she architected scalable marketing systems and guided high-impact initiatives designed to support long-term expansion and enterprise leadership. Her success in this tenure reflected her ability to translate market insight into sustainable business strategy.
Earlier in her career at Public Partnerships | PPL, Tara served as Vice President Strategy, Senior Director of Strategy, and Senior Director of Product & Strategy, demonstrating her leadership in strategic planning, business transformation, and product innovation — including launching high-impact growth programs and operational frameworks supporting large-scale service delivery.
Tara began her professional journey as Project Assistant at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, later moving into roles including Business Analyst, Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, Associate Manager, and strategy leadership roles — building a deep foundation in program development, product management, business operations, and cross-functional execution.
Tara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Clark University.
