Nonthaburi, Thailand, January 2026 — Ngernturbo Public Company Limited has appointed Tassanapol Sa-ngumram as its new Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer (Deputy CHRO). In this role, Tassanapol will support the company’s people and organizational strategy, strengthening strategic workforce planning, HR governance, and leadership capability development as Ngernturbo continues its rapid nationwide expansion.
In his new appointment as Deputy CHRO at Ngernturbo Public Company Limited, Tassanapol Sa-ngumram steps into a senior people leadership role at a fast-growing financial services organisation focused on enabling Thailand’s unbanked sector.
Prior to joining Ngernturbo, Tassanapol served for about two and a half years as Head of Leasing Strategy & Solution Management at Central Pattana (CPN), where he worked closely with business leadership on strategic planning, solution design, and portfolio-level initiatives supporting large-scale commercial developments across Thailand.
Before this, he was a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for nearly a year, contributing to management consulting and analytical engagements that sharpened his expertise in business transformation and data-driven strategy.
Earlier, Tassanapol spent close to five years as Managing Director and Partner at Synergic Marine Group Co., Ltd., leading business strategy, operations, and organisational management initiatives, giving him hands-on leadership experience in building and scaling enterprises.
He also gained early consulting exposure through an internship at Accenture, where he worked on business strategy and management consulting assignments.
Tassanapol holds a PhD in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Thammasat University, and a Bachelor of Economics in Business Economics from the same institution.
