Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Tata Technologies has announced the appointment of Nandini Pai as Head – HR Business Partnering (APAC) and Culture, effective July 2025. Based in Pune, Nandini takes on this strategic role with the responsibility of aligning people strategy with the company’s innovation-led vision across the Asia-Pacific region.
Before joining Tata Technologies, Nandini Pai served as Deputy General Manager – Talent Management & Culture at Tata Motors. During her tenure, she spearheaded talent development initiatives, succession planning, and cultural transformation efforts, playing a key role in driving employee engagement and leadership capability across the organization. She also led several flagship programs including HiPo assessments, 360-degree feedback systems, and Tata Group talent initiatives like TAS and the Global Internships Program.
Prior to that, she was HR Business Partner – Campus & Talent Management at Edelweiss Financial Services, where she managed the firm’s leadership pipeline through intensive campus engagement programs spanning over 100 institutions. Her leadership during the COVID-19 crisis earned her the ‘EGIA Heroes – HR’ award, recognizing her resilience and strategic contribution during a challenging period.
Earlier in her career, Nandini held the role of Vice President – University Relations & Employer Branding at YES BANK, where she conceptualized and executed large-scale employer branding programs, including the award-winning Transformation Series and YES Future Ready Scholarship. Her efforts positioned YES BANK as an employer of choice across premier Indian campuses and contributed significantly to its talent brand.
Over the years, she has also held leadership and consulting roles with The Whiteboard Company, MobilArt Mobility Solutions, Indus Balaji, and Cox & Kings, amassing a rich cross-industry experience across HR, digital marketing, and organizational development. Notably, her tenure at MobilArt saw her drive business expansion and key account management across Mumbai and Bangalore, including the successful servicing of marquee client Danone Nutricia.
