Tatyana Tsybulya Appointed as Head of People, Czech Republic at AB InBev

Prague, Czechia, November 2025 — Tatyana Tsybulya has been appointed as Head of People, Czech Republic (CZ) at AB InBev, the world’s leading brewer and one of the largest consumer goods companies globally. In her new role, she will lead strategic people initiatives in the Czech market, strengthening AB InBev’s culture of high performance, leadership excellence, and employee engagement.

Tatyana’s journey with AB InBev spans more than nine years of progressive growth across multiple HR domains, reflecting her deep expertise in talent management, learning and development, digital transformation, and people strategy. Most recently, she served as Digital Employee Experience Lead, Europe, where she spearheaded initiatives that enhanced employee engagement through digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and modern workplace experience across AB InBev’s European operations.

Prior to that, she was Learning & Development Manager, Europe, where she developed and implemented learning strategies for more than 5,000 employees across 10 countries. She designed leadership and onboarding programs, managed an annual L&D budget exceeding $1 million, and led large-scale capability-building initiatives focused on leadership, performance, and retention.

Earlier, as Talent & Performance Management Manager, Europe, Tatyana played a pivotal role in shaping AB InBev’s talent review and succession planning processes. She launched data-driven dashboards to support over 800 leaders in talent decisions, managed graduate and mentorship programs for more than 1,000 participants, and promoted a culture of continuous feedback and accountability.

Her journey began with roles as Target Setting and Cascading Team Lead and Target Setting Specialist in Kharkiv, Ukraine, where she translated business objectives into measurable performance goals for more than 4,500 employees, laying the foundation for a culture of alignment and excellence across Europe.

Tatyana holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.”
