In her new position, Mimi will lead company-wide efforts to elevate organizational culture, strengthen employee engagement, and support strategic talent development initiatives as The Agency continues its expansion across the region.
Prior to joining The Agency Orlando, Mimi Freeman spent over four years at Compass, where she most recently served as Agent Experience Coordinator. In this position, she managed onboarding, led internal enablement efforts, and served as a liaison across marketing, operations, and leadership teams. She also played a key role in regional expansion and M&A activity, supporting agent engagement and operational excellence.
Before her time at Compass, Mimi served as Interim Director of Marketing and Interim Director of Human Resources at DSK Law, where she was instrumental in rebranding efforts and HR program implementation. Over her 12+ year tenure with the firm, she coordinated marketing campaigns, benefits administration, employee relations, and firm-wide events, developing a unique hybrid skillset in both people and brand management.
Earlier in her career, she held office administration and recruitment roles that further shaped her expertise in operations, executive support, and culture-building. Mimi’s creative, solution-oriented approach and commitment to empowering others make her well-suited for her new leadership role in the dynamic real estate landscape.
