Surat, Gujarat, India, June 2025 – Tauqeer Manzoor has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at KP Group, a fast-growing conglomerate with diversified interests across renewable energy, green hydrogen, engineering, and infrastructure. In his new role, Tauqeer will lead the Group’s people strategy, strengthen its talent foundation, and drive initiatives focused on inclusion, empowerment, and organizational agility as KP Group accelerates its expansion in future-forward sectors.
Tauqeer brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience across infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors, with a track record of aligning HR with long-term business transformation and cultural evolution.
Before rejoining KP Group, Tauqeer served as Head – HR Business Partner at JINDAL Water (OP Jindal Group), where he led strategic HR initiatives across national water infrastructure projects. His leadership encompassed talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and strengthening people processes across the company’s diverse project sites and functions.
Prior to that, he spent one year at KP Group as Head of HR, where he contributed significantly to enhancing HR operations and building scalable talent systems for the Group’s green energy businesses.
Tauqeer also spent over 12 years at ROADIS, a global leader in highway infrastructure, where he served as Head of Talent Management. In this role, he was instrumental in building and managing high-performing teams across India and in contributing to ROADIS’s international HR alignment under the ownership of Canada’s PSPIB. His long tenure reflected his capability in fostering leadership development and managing cultural integration across geographies.
